  Seasoned pro Feroz Ali Mollah ends four-year title drought at CIAL Cochin Masters presented by PGTI

  M Dharma, Vikrant Chopra finish a close tied second

  Veteran and former Indian Open champion Feroz Ali Mollah of Kolkata heaved a sigh of relief at the CIAL Golf Club on Saturday as he ended his four-year victory drought with a one-shot triumph at the CIAL Cochin Masters presented by PGTI. The 46-year-old shot scores of 70, 68, 73 and 69 to end up with a winning tournament total of eight-under-280 in the opening event of PGTI’s landmark 10th season.

  Bengaluru’s M Dharma and Delhi’s Vikrant Chopra were joint runners-up at seven-under-281 at the Rs. 60 lakh event.

  M Dharma enjoys two-shot cushion ahead of final round

  Bengaluru’s M Dharma posted a steady one-under-71 at the CIAL Golf Club on Friday to move into a two-shot lead in round three of the CIAL Cochin Masters presented by PGTI. Dharma’s total stood at seven-under-209 on the penultimate day of the Rs. 60 lakh event. Sanjay Kumar of Lucknow, who shot the day’s best of four-under-68, occupied tied second place along with Kolkata’s Feroz Ali Mollah at five-under-211.

  M Dharma, Feroz Ali Mollah surge three shots ahead in round two

  M Dharma of Bengaluru and Kolkata's Feroz Ali Mollah surged ahead on day two of the CIAL Cochin Masters presented by PGTI being played at the CIAL Golf Club in Kochi. Dharma and Feroz shot scores of six-under-66 and four-under-68 respectively to hold the joint lead at six-under-138 at the Rs. 60 lakh event.
