  Khalin Joshi extends lead to three shots at Andhra Open 2026

  Khalin Joshi carded a one-under 70 to extend his lead to three shots at seven-under 206 after round three of the INR 1 crore Andhra Open 2026 at the East Point Golf Club in Visakhapatnam.

  Bengaluru-based 33-year-old Khalin (68-68-70), a six-time winner, who opened the week at the DP World PGTI event with rounds of 68 and 68, now carries a comfortable advantage into the final round.

  Dubai-based Yash Majmudar (71-69-69) and Delhi’s Rashid Khan (70-72-67) were tied second at four-under 209. Majmudar returned a 69, while Rashid produced the day’s best round of 67 to move into contention.

  Khalin Joshi surges ahead on day two of Andhra Open Golf Championship 2026

  Khalin Joshi shot a second consecutive three-under 68 to move into the lead at six-under 136 after round two of the INR 1 crore Andhra Open 2026 being played at the East Point Golf Club in Visakhapatnam.

  The 33-year-old Bengaluru-based former Asian Tour winner holds a one-shot advantage over overnight leader Dhruv Sheoran, who carded a one-under 70 to slip to second spot at five-under 137.

  Chikkarangappa S., a 14-time winner on the DP World PGTI, also returned a 70 to sit third at four-under 138.

  Dhruv Sheoran leads by one on day one of Andhra Open Golf Championship 2026

  Subash Tamang makes a hole-in-one

  Dhruv Sheoran, a winner on the DP World PGTI, posted an opening round of four-under 67 to set the pace in round one of the INR 1 crore Andhra Open 2026 being played at the East Point Golf Club (EPGC) in Visakhapatnam.

  The 31-year-old Dhruv soared to the top of the leaderboard with an eagle on the par-5 12th and a run of three consecutive birdies from the first through the third. On the 12th, Dhruv hit a massive 372-yard drive followed by a gap wedge that left him two feet short of the hole, and he converted the putt for eagle on the par-71 course.

  The DP World Professional Golf Tour of India (DP World PGTI), the official sanctioning body of professional golf in India, announced the inaugural edition of the Andhra Open, which will be held at the picturesque East Point Golf Club in Visakhapatnam from April 7 – 10, 2026. The total prize purse for the event is INR 1 crore.
