  Rajesh Kumar Gautam prevailed in a three-way playoff to win the DP World PGTI NexGen Phillaur Open 2026 presented by R S Gill played at the Ranjitgarh Golf Club in Phillaur, Punjab.

  Lucknow-based Armyman Rajesh Kumar Gautam (70-67-70) edged out Pankaj Maandiya (68-70-69) and Aditya Raj Singh Chahal (69-69-69) in a playoff that went to three extra holes after the trio ended the regulation 54 holes with matching totals of six-under 207.

  Rajesh, the overnight joint leader, struck a one-under 70 featuring three birdies and two bogeys in the final round before emerging victorious on the third playoff hole with a birdie.

  Sukhraj Singh Gill and Rajesh Kumar Gautam hold joint lead after round two of DP World PGTI NexGen Phillaur Open 2026 presented by R S Gill

  Sukhraj Singh Gill and Rajesh Kumar Gautam held the joint lead at a total of five-under 137 after round two of the DP World PGTI NexGen Phillaur Open 2026 presented by R S Gill being played at the Ranjitgarh Golf Club in Phillaur, Punjab.

  Sukhraj (70-67) and Rajesh (70-67), who were both overnight tied ninth, followed up their first-round scores of one-under 70 with scores of four-under 67 in round two, to move into the joint lead. 

  Aditya Raj Singh Chahal, Pankaj Maandiya, Shaurya Sharma and Md Muaj, were all placed tied third at totals of four-under 138.

  Imran Ali Mollah and Pankaj Maandiya took the honours in round one of the INR 25 lakh DP World PGTI NexGen Phillaur Open 2026 presented by R S Gill being played at the Ranjitgarh Golf Club in Phillaur.

  Imran and Pankaj shot scores of three-under 68 at the Par-71 course to hold the joint lead at the second event of the 2026 DP World PGTI NexGen season.

  The DP World PGTI NexGen Phillaur Open 2026 presented by R S Gill will be played from March 3 – 5 at the Ranjitgarh Golf Club in Phillaur.

  Renowned lawyer and avid golfer Mr. R S Gill is the presenting partner for the Phillaur Open for the second year in succession. The Phillaur Open will be the second event of the 2026 DP World PGTI NexGen season.

  The tournament offers an enhanced prize purse of INR 25 lakh this year. The event will be played over three rounds (54 holes) with the cut being applied after two rounds (36 holes). The top-36 players and ties will make the cut for the third and final round.
