Atwal finishes tied 15th at Panasonic Open Japan
India's Arjun Atwal shot a final round of one-over-72 to finish tied 15th at five-under-279 at the Panasonic Open Japan.
Atwal, lying tied 10th overnight, slipped five places in round four of the Japan Golf Tour and Asian Tour co-sanctioned event.
The event played at the Chiba Country Club saw a playoff between Japanese players Kenichi Kuboya and Katsumasa Miyamoto both of whom finished with scores of 11-under-273. Kuboya went on to win the playoff and the tournament.
Both Gaganjeet Bhullar and SSP Chawrasia finished tied 58th with matching totals of six-over-290.
At the PGA Tour's Valero Texas Open, India's Anirban Lahiri finished tied 72nd at 10-over-298.
