Shubhankar Sharma secures DP World Tour card for 2026 after tied second finish at Q School
Indian golfer Shubhankar Sharma secured his card for the 2026 season of the DP World Tour after he finished a creditable tied second in the Final Stage of the Qualifying School held at the Infinitum (Lakes and Hills Courses) in Tarragona, Spain.
Shubhankar, a two-time winner on the DP World Tour, fired rounds of 70-69-66-67-66-66 to end the week with a total of 24-under 404. Sharma finished 13 shots behind winner Zander Lombard of South Africa and shared the second position with Australian Connor McKinney and Canadian Aaron Cockerill.
Earlier in the week, Saptak Talwar and Veer Ahlawat, the other two Indians in the field, had missed the cut after round four.
